Dolphins are friendly animals and can live from 30 to 50 years. An adult dolphin can typically weigh from 440 to 600 pounds and reach an average length of 10 feet. But remember, they are wild animals, have very sharp teeth and it is against the law to feed them.
Anna Maria Island Dolphins can seen diving in and out of the wake from passing boats. When they do,l they leap high into the air to the thrill of those standing by.
