Christmas Dinner Party
We had a fabulous Christmas dinner thanks to the wonderuful efforts of Melinda's Cafe. As a visitor from Europe, to the island I wanted to provide a wonderful meal for my extended family without all of the fuss.. I ordered a turkey from Melinda which turned out first rate..moist and juicy with a delicious flavour. Her artichoke and spinach dip accompanied by homemade chips was outstanding .. and the shrimp platter was beautifully presented and loved by all. The service I received from my initial enquiry to the returning of the pans has been totally professional. Melinda's attitude was friendly and helpful, offering a flexible service tailored to meet my requirements. Melinda's catering took a huge burden off me on Christmas day which meant I was able to relax and enjoy the day more so than I had in many previous years. First rate!
