Choose a Wedding Coordinator to Help Plan Your Wedding...
With everything to plan for your wedding and no experience - it can be harder than most people think to plan your wedding on your own.
It’s hard to know how much money to spend on certain things, where to obtain specialized services, and how to choose venders.
A Wedding Coordinator will help you with all the details of your wedding - and also help you save some money on the way.
The average wedding can take over 250 hours to plan, and with the hectic world that we live in can be hard to do for the average Bride and Groom.
Be sure that you have selected the right Wedding Coordinator by finding out some information about them first:
- Does the Coordinator have a contract? If so, ask to see one before you agree to anything.
- How many weddings do they do each year on average?
- How long have they been in business?
- Are they a licensed wedding planner/coordinator within the Anna Maria Island area?
- Ask for five or six vendor referrals, as they are usually more reliable than bridal referrals.
- Do they have a staff or back up system in case they become unavailable?
- Do they accept referral fees or commissions? Do not work with a Wedding Coordinators who accepts either.
- Are they certified as a wedding planner and coordinator?
- What type of payment do they accept? You may find out that you have to pay cash or check up front.
- Ask to see some photos of previous weddings, or testimonials if they have any.
Remember, it’s your wedding and you have the final say. You should always be comfortable with your Wedding Coordinator, because you will be working closely with them for the next few months.
